Sir ponnambalam Arunachalam was born on 14 september 1853 studied. fom secondary education at colombo Academy .He was a bright student. He Won a scholarsship tocamdridge university. He wanted to be a lawyex .He joined the civil Service as the first Sir Lanka civil servant. He administrative and judicial powers .He magistrate district judge. Heprestigeous position Registar General. only Whites held this post the emienet service he was made a knnidht . He retired in 1913.Heunhappy about the coloniol Rulers. He wrote critical articles to Ceylon onbseruer He was longer a governmmment servant and a free to exprass his views .He joined riots. He sihala leoders were harassed .He petitioned tocolonial against srrests killings and imprisoning .He wasa man of hifgh integrity and honesty. He wasa founder member and president of Lankaworkers congress. He. safeguarded Railway and port workers. He inited adult education night schools foa abults. Hewantem the mother tongue to be the state Language .He worked for the freedom srruggle .He died on 9th January 1924

Deer; which originally lived in the Mediterranean and Asian regions can now also be commonly found in England . This is becauce they were taten from their original habitat to other places and bred Deer belong to the cervidas family .The male is much larger and heavier han than the female Deer, Which is called a Doe Adalt Deer, develop lovely branched out horns Which are called antleres . A Doe can produce up to 2-3 cuds at a time Deer live alone or in herds, in places where there is a lot of vege tation . They mairily feed on tender leaves and grass. The life span of a Deer is about 20-25 years Deer is a verey beautidul animals.
